Pupil voice survey
Jan 2026 - Whole school pupil voice survey. We asked our children about their PSHE lessons and their learning, peer support and our school environment, their wellbeing and choices and about their knowledge and confidence.
We found out that in KS1, children:
- Recognised the opportunities school provides for them to develop their learning in PSHE outside the curriculum,
- Look forward to PSHE lessons and feel important to someone at school,
- They are respectful to the school environment,
- Enjoy school and feel happy with who they are.
In lower KS2, children said they:
- Learn about things that are interesting to them in PSHE,
- Help each other solve friendship problems and help each other to learn,
- They are able to use devices safely and limit their screen time responsibly,
- School supports their personal development.
In upper KS2, children said they:
- Understand how PSHE helps them in their life,
- Understand there are jobs in school that they can do to help our school community,
- They are happy with who they are and feel important to someone at home and school.
- Know how to keep themselves safe and they surround themselves with friends that look after them, keep them safe and help them be the best that they can be.
