Welcome to Upperby Early Years Unit

Welcome to our Early Years Unit, which consists of three classes:

• Ladybirds (Nursery and Reception), taught by Mr Stokes
• Butterflies (Reception), taught by Mrs Weir
• Dragonflies (Reception), taught by Mrs Campbell

Our dedicated team of teaching assistants includes:

Together, we work to provide a happy, nurturing and stimulating environment where every child is encouraged to develop confidence, independence and a love of learning. We value strong partnerships with parents and carers and look forward to working with you throughout your child's Early Years journey.

Key Information

The gate to the EYFS playground will open at 8:35 and children can enter through the main unit doors.  Children in Ladybirds class can be collected at the end of the school day from this door from 3:15pm and children in Butterflies Class can be collected from their classroom doors.
