Welcome to Upperby Primary School.

Through our website, we hope to give you an insight into life at our school — our values, curriculum, ethos and the strong sense of community we are proud of. We hope you find this information a helpful starting point in getting to know us.

We currently have approximately 340 pupils on roll. Our experienced and dedicated staff are committed to providing a stimulating, creative and nurturing environment, where children feel happy, safe and supported. Alongside high expectations for academic achievement, we place great importance on developing aspirations and confidence so that every child is able to achieve their very best.

Our school motto — Aspire, Attend, Achieve — reflects the values we promote in everything we do.

We enrich our curriculum through a wide range of opportunities, including school choir, music tuition, visitors and educational trips. Children in Key Stage 2 also benefit from a range of residential experiences. As an inclusive school, we work hard to meet the differing needs of all our pupils and ensure every child feels valued.

Upperby Primary School is a special place where children are nurtured and encouraged to develop their skills through a rich and engaging curriculum.
