Our teacher is Mrs Breese and our teaching assistant is Miss Johnson

Key Information

The doors open for school at 8:35 and close at 8:45. Please ensure you come to school for this time slot. School finishes at 3:05.

All Year 4 children need to collected by an adult at the end of the school day.

Our PE days change weekly at the moment so please make sure your child has the correct kit in school

(a red t-shirt, black/navy shorts and trainers) at all times.

Homework is given on a Friday, this includes spellings and times tables. It is due back the following Thursday.

We encourage children to read five times a week at home mostly with an adult but also independently.

Remote/blended Learning

If children are not in school due to having to self isolate, we are using Google Classrooms for the children to access the learning that is taking place in school . The children are familiar with the layout as we access some of the lessons in school. Everyone has an email login and password to access their home learning activities.

When the children complete an activity they need to mark it as done and upload a picture of the completed work.

Further details about Google Classrooms and how to access the remote/blended learning can be found on the remote/blended learning page.

Year 4 Expectations. A support document for parents.

Year 4 Multiplications Tables Test. Information for parents.

Phunky Food

We have three Phunky food ambassadors in our class.  They have led a class assembly and completed a survey with their peers about eating a healthy lunch.

They have also designed a poster to encourage others to eat a balanced diet.
