Our Class teacher is Miss Davidson and our teaching assistants are Mrs Sutherland and Mrs Baldwin

Our school day starts promptly at 8:45am, so please make sure that children are in through the doors in the Reception playground when they open at 8:35am.

PE

We have PE every Thursday afternoon in the hall. Children will need to have a PE kit in a bag kept on their peg during the week. Their PE kits will stay in school over the half term. Please make sure that all items of clothing have names written clearly so it's easy to identify whose is whose!

Water Bottles

Everyday a child should bring in a water bottled filled with only water for them to have access to throughout the day, these are kept in the classroom. This will be filled up for them should they run out.

Wellies

Whatever the weather, we like to go outdoors to our field and forest area. Every child should have wellies in school to ensure that on those wetter days, we can still get outside and enjoy our space. These wellies will stay in shool. 

Snack

We ask for a contribution of £1 a week for snack. Each child will be offered a range of healthy and nutricious snacks each day that encourages the children to try new things. 

Early Learning Goals (ELG)

At the end of Reception, children will be assessed as to whether they have met the ELGs in each area of learning or whether they are working towards them as they move into Year 1.
